Machinery and equipment in pharmaceutical/food/cosmetics factories must be kept clean and sterile. Filling equipment must also be calibrated when filling one item and changing to another item to avoid cross-contamination. If the filling product in the previous item is in the form of paste, it is even more important to thoroughly clean the gaps, micropores, and threads of each part on the equipment.

The picture below provides customers with equipment parts to be cleaned. The photo shows this part threaded, with a lot of creamy cream attached to the tube.
-
Before washing with automatic dishwasher detergent A13, we rinse off the easily removable cream with water.
-
Rinse with water. It was found that there was still cream that could not be removed in the groove and tube.
-
Place the parts in an ultrasonic cleaner filled with Automatic Dishwasher Detergent A13. Clean with ultrasonic vibration for 5 minutes at room temperature, 40KHz, 50W/L.
The cream stuck on the inner wall and threads is gradually dissolved due to the decomposition of A13 and the vibration of ultrasonic waves.
-
Note that the pipe fittings need to be placed vertically or obliquely in order to expel the air in the pipe and allow the automatic dishwasher detergent A13 to enter the pipe for cleaning. At the same time, note that the A13 in the tube is not easy to flow, so please continue to swing the tube up and down to let the A13 in the tube bring out the dirt, and then put it back into the medicine to let the A13 flow into the tube. Repeat this several times until there is no more cream flowing out of the tube along with A13.
Swing the tube up and down to let the A13 in the tube bring out the dirt, and then place it obliquely into the medicine to vibrate. Repeat several times.

After cleaning, remove the parts and rinse them with clean water.

The final rinse water was used to measure its conductivity. The conductivity of RO raw water is 3ppm, and the conductivity of the cleaned wastewater is also 3ppm, which means it has been completely rinsed. (If higher cleanliness is required, please rinse with 18M ohm ultrapure water)
