    Ink adheres to uneven surfaces

  2. Apply ACHM01-GG hardening ink removal gel on the surface of the wafer to be marked, and let it stand for 1 minute. Wipe away the decomposed hardened ink with a cotton swab.

Hardening Ink Removal Gel ACHM01-GG is applied to the hardening ink removal test on the outer bright surface of the wafer

  1. Wafer Exterior Gloss Hardening Ink Removal Before:

  2. Soak in SGC01plus, ACHM04-A, ACHM04-H2 and other hardening ink removers to remove it. It is found that either the effect is not obvious, or the green paint on the gold finger surface has fallen off and the orange glossy hardening ink has not been completely removed. It shows that the orange gloss hardening ink is stronger than the green paint on the PCB board.

  3. The hardening ink removal gel ACHM01-GG was applied to the bottom of the beaker and heated to about 120 °C. Place the wafer with the orange glossy hardened ink side down.

  4. It was found that after soaking ACHM01-GG for 2 minutes at 120°C, the orange gloss hardening ink of the wafer had been destroyed.

  9. Conclusion and Notes:

9.1 The orange glossy hardening ink is stronger than the green paint on the PCB, so the hardening ink removal gel ACHM01-GG should not come into contact with the green paint. Place the wafer on the ACHM01-GG reagent, heat it for 2 minutes, and then pick it up with clean stainless steel tweezers. The clamped tweezers should be rinsed with water immediately to prevent ACHM01-GG from sticking to the green paint after the tweezers are attached to the chemical and repeatedly pick up the wafer.
9.2 You can also try to brush the hardening ink removal gel ACHM01-GG on the orange glossy hardening ink, and then bake it in an oven at 120°C for 2 minutes. However, care must be taken not to allow the agent to adhere to the green paint during the painting process.
9.3 Hardening ink removal gel ACHM01-GG is as effective as EH570DF wafer highlight black ink. But it is not effective for EH570DF chip highlight white hardening ink.
9.4 Hardening Ink Clearing Gel ACHM01-GG is highly corrosive, please be careful not to touch the human body. Only use utensils or tools made of glass, stainless steel, or Teflon.
