Take it out and wipe it with a paper towel, you can find that the surface hardened ink layer can be easily peeled off.
In this step, it is recommended to use an automatic roller brush machine, combined with high-pressure spray washing and filtration of chemicals. The broken paint layer can be completely cleaned and released from the surface. At the same time, the broken coating layer is transported to the bag filter through the diaphragm pump in the chemical agent, and then the clean chemical agent is sprayed out in a circular manner to clean the spherical surface.

After wiping with a paper towel (or after brushing and spraying with a roller brush machine), put in ACHM04-i2 cleaning agent at 45~50°C, and clean with ultrasonic wave (or spray) for 1 minute to clean the residual coating debris on the surface of the sphere .

Take it out and rinse it with clean water.
