There is a white film-like deposit on the ESC Parts before cleaning.

Use different cleaning agents to dab on the white film-like attachment, wipe it off with a dust-free cloth after 1 minute, and then wipe it clean with another new dust-free cloth dipped in IPA. Observe the position where the agent has been applied, and whether the white film-like attachment is obviously removed, so as to find out the appropriate and effective cleaning agent. It was found that AHLR03 can effectively remove the white film-like deposits on ESC Parts.

Wipe ESC Parts with AHLR03 with a dust-free cloth, you can find that the dust-free cloth quickly turns yellow and becomes dirty. The white film-like deposits on ESC Parts are easily wiped off.

After wiping, use another new lint-free cloth dipped in IPA to wipe clean. After the IPA evaporates and dries quickly, you can clearly see that the white film-like attachment on the ESC Parts is obviously lightened.
