Make sure to soak it with Epoxy paint stripper AHLR03-D for aluminum alloy at room temperature for 1 hour, take it out and clean it with clean water. It can be removed by wiping with a lint-free cloth.

  3. Discussion of results. From the experimental results and actual operation, it can be found that:

3.1 Both AHLR03 and AHLR03-D can clear the resin overflowed from the Sensor glass.
3.2 The cleaning effect of AHLR04 is better than that of AHLR03.
3.3 Use a cotton swab dipped in IPA to wipe the soaked Sensor glass to remove the swollen and softened resin residue. But it is easy to leave cotton wool and particles. It is recommended that cotton swabs should be replaced with dust-free cloths.
3.4 Use a dust-free cloth to directly wipe the sensor glass after cleansing. There is no need to dip it in IPA, and the swelled and softened resin residue can also be wiped off. And the sensor glass of clean foam AHLR03-D is easier to wipe than clean foam AHLR03.
3.5 No matter the Sensor with AHLR03 or AHLR03-D clean foam, the TAIYO EG50 black paint on the back is not damaged.

  4. Suggestion: You can consider prolonging the soaking time to loosen the swelled and softened resin, and then try to spray it off directly with a water jet, so you don’t need to wipe it off manually.

  8. Discussion of results. From the experimental results and actual operation, it can be found that:

8.1 Both AHLR03 and AHLR03-D can clear the resin overflowed from the Sensor glass.
8.2 The cleaning effect of AHLR03-D is better than that of AHLR03.
8.3 Use a cotton swab dipped in IPA to wipe the soaked Sensor glass to remove the swollen and softened resin residue. But it is easy to leave cotton wool and particles. It is recommended that cotton swabs should be replaced with dust-free cloths.
8.4 Use a dust-free cloth to directly wipe the sensor glass after cleaning. It is not necessary to use IPA to wipe off the swollen and softened resin residue. And the sensor glass of clean foam AHLR03-D is easier to wipe than clean foam AHLR03.
8.5 Regardless of the Sensor with AHLR03 or AHLR03-D, the TAIYO EG50 black paint on the back is not damaged.

  9. Suggestion: You can consider prolonging the soaking time to loosen the swelled and softened resin, and then try to spray it off directly with a water jet, so you don’t need to wipe it off manually. But pay attention to the prolonged time, is it possible to hurt the TAIYO EG50 black paint?
