Workpiece description: This aluminum wheel is forged after the graphite powder is adhered with an oily surfactant. After forging, the black blanks cannot be effectively washed with the existing C7A and SMC04 cleaning agents; and there are too many foams, which may cause troubles in the process. The rims are forged every 40 seconds, so expect the cleaning agent to finish cleaning in 40 seconds as well. For this reason, a new whitening agent FAC03 for aluminum alloy forgings was developed.

5.1 Cleaning agent FAC03 for aluminum forgings, pH3.5, the product is mild and will not cause immediate burns when it contacts human skin. The smell is mild and will not cause choking injury to personnel. It is an effective whitening agent for aluminum forgings that meets the requirements of public security.
5.2 Cleaning agent FAC03 for aluminum forgings can be used in a wide range of operating temperatures, from room temperature to 95°C, and can effectively clean aluminum forgings. And the higher the temperature, the better the cleaning effect. It is recommended to heat the medicine to above 50 degrees before use.
5.3 This project also developed aluminum forging cleaning agent FAC04, pH5.0; close to the pH value of human skin, less harm to the human body and safer. Cleaning is slower, but just as effective. Customers are free to choose.
