Photos of various metal/oxide coatings before cleaning.

Heat indium tin oxide (ITO) and indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) coated glass with etchant OS01 to 50°C and soak for 10 minutes.
The ITO coated glass was found to have no significant reaction. But the indium gallium zinc oxide coating on the IGZO glass has been significantly removed.
Take it out and rinse with water. (At the same time, the silver alloy coated glass was tested, and the etchant OS01 did not react to the silver alloy coating)
After cleaning.

Then heated to 50°C with etchant ITOC01 to test the removal effect on indium tin oxide (ITO), indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO), and silver alloy (Ag) coated glass.
It is found that the indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) coating can be quickly removed by soaking for only 30 seconds.
The etchant ITOC01 is heated to 50°C, and removes indium tin oxide (ITO) coatings as quickly and effectively.
(However, it has no significant effect on silver alloy (Ag) plating)

Silver alloy (Ag) coated glass was etched with etchant OS02. It was found that silver alloy (Ag) coated glass reacted rapidly upon immersion into etchant OS02 at room temperature. And completely eroded clean within 3 minutes.
It is also effective to remove molybdenum (Mo) coated glass with etchant OS02.
