Micro dust cleaner

Model : PTC06i

Xiwei TM micro dust cleaning agent PTC-06i is applied to gold-plated nail frame to remove oxidation rust test report

Cleaning process:

Unpack the incoming materials and confirm the oxidation rust spots.

image35.jpg

Use PTC-06i placed at -24V reduction potential at room temperature to smear the oxidized rust spots on the nail frame.

image10.jpg

Rinse with pure water.

image7.jpg

Use the dust cleaning agent PTC06i to vibrate and clean in 40KHz ultrasonic waves.

image8.jpg

Rinse again with RO pure water.

image5.jpg

Finally, soak and rinse with RO pure water. Confirm that the conductivity of the rinse water meets the cleanliness standard of RO pure water (below 5ppm).

image1.jpg

Take it out and let it dry in a clean room.

image6.jpg

After drying, put back into the original nail rack box. The original nail rack numbered paper is placed below.

  2. Remove the red arrow sticker from the gold-plated peg holder No. A1302-003 Lot:46-2.

    image21.jpg

  3. After the sticker is removed, use PTC-06i placed at -24V reduction potential at room temperature to directly smear the oxidation rust spots on the nail frame. The oxidation marks were found to be completely removed.

  5. Take it out and rinse it with pure water. Let it dry in the shade in a clean room.

    image38.jpg

  6. How to confirm that the gold-plated nail rack has been completely washed?
The dust cleaning agent PTC06i has a high reduction potential and electrical conductivity. When diluted to a concentration of 3/10,000, it still has a conductivity of about 750ppm (a concentration above 3/10,000 is too high to measure). When diluted to a concentration of 3/100,000, the conductivity is about 145ppm. When diluted to a concentration of 3 parts per million, the conductivity is about 14ppm.

    image31.jpg

The cleanliness standard of our company's RO pure water is below 5ppm (the RO water quality measured on site in the figure below is 3ppm). After the gold-plated nail frame is rinsed with RO pure water, it is finally rinsed with RO pure water. If the conductivity of the rinsing water is below 5ppm, it means that the residual fine dust cleaning agent PTC06i agent has been rinsed off.

  8. Repeat the test. Take the number A1302-003 Lot: 46-1 gold-plated nail frame for testing. It was found that in addition to the oxidized rust spots pointed out by the red arrow stickers, there were also many rust spots (as pointed out by the arrows in the photo below).

Remove oxidation marks according to the above steps 1.~7. The oxidation marks were found to be completely removed.

  9. Repeat the test. Take No. A1302-002 Lot: 50-1 gold-plated nail frame for testing.

    image37.jpg

Some oxidized rust spots can only be seen with a microscope, such as the rust spots pointed out by red arrow stickers 8 and 9.

  13. Suggestions and discussions:
13.1 The oxidation rust spots marked on the stickers are not all marked. When removing stickers, some stickers stick more tightly and are more difficult to remove if applied to a rough surface that has been worn.
It is suggested that there is no need to mark the oxidized rust spots with arrows, but instead use the standard procedure to restore and remove each corner of the nail frame that is more likely to rust, as well as the rust spots visible to the naked eye on the surface. In this way, the tiny rust spots that cannot be found during manual inspection can be removed together.

    image35.jpg

    image68.jpg

13.2 The cleanliness standard of our company's RO pure water is below 5ppm (the RO water quality measured on site in the figure below is 3ppm). After the gold-plated nail frame is rinsed with RO pure water, it is finally rinsed with RO pure water. If the conductivity of the rinsing water is below 5ppm, it means that the residual fine dust cleaning agent PTC06i agent has been rinsed off.

    image64.jpg

    image69.png

If the cleanliness required by the gold-plated nail rack is very high, the final rinse can be changed to immersion rinse with 18MΩ ultrapure water (the resistance value of RO water is below 1MΩ). If the resistance value of the rinsing water is above 10MΩ, it means that the residual dust cleaning agent PTC06i agent on it has been rinsed clean.
