  1. The lens material is S-BSM14. According to the information provided by the customer, the material is soft and not resistant to alkali; in addition, in order to take into account the ease of subsequent rinsing and less residue, a low-alkalinity surfactant with a short carbon chain was developed. Cleaning agent "PTC-09". The pH value of the dust cleaning agent PTC-09 is 7.0. Before cleaning, a large amount of centering oil is attached to the surface.

  2. Place in 100% PTC-09, 45°C, 40KHz ultrasonic wave, 30W/L, and shake for 3 minutes. It was found that the dirt was completely washed away. And the lens is not damaged; the surface does not have any fine lines.

    Observing from different angles, it is found that the cleanliness is good, no matter what angle you use, there is no trace.

  3. Take another lens and repeat the test. Before cleaning, a large amount of centering oil is also attached to the surface.

  4. Continue to place in 100% PTC-09, 45°C, 40KHz ultrasonic wave, 30W/L, and shake for 3 minutes. It was found that the dirt was completely washed away. And the lens is not damaged; the surface does not have any fine lines.

Because the lens material is sensitive and easy to be injured, in order to confirm that it will not cause damage at higher temperatures, increase the cleaning temperature to 55°C and repeat the test. Take another piece of lens, and before cleaning, there is still a lot of centering oil attached to the surface.

  6. Place in 100% PTC-09, 55°C, 40KHz ultrasonic wave, 30W/L, and shake for 3 minutes. It was found that the dirt was completely washed away. And the lens is not damaged; the surface does not have any fine lines.

  7. Repeat the test. Lower temperature test. Wash at room temperature (about 23°C). Take another piece of lens, and before cleaning, there is still a lot of centering oil attached to the surface.

  8. Place in 100% PTC-09, room temperature (about 23°C), 40KHz ultrasonic wave, 30W/L, and shake for 3 minutes. It was found that most of the dirt had been washed away.

    However, when the light is rotated and observed at different angles, it is found that some traces can be vaguely seen.

    Lowering the temperature will affect the cleaning power.

  9. Wash at low temperature and extend the wash time to 6 minutes. Then put it in 100% PTC-09, room temperature (about 23°C), 40KHz ultrasonic wave, 30W/L, and shake for 3 minutes (6 minutes in total). It was found that the dirt was completely washed away. And the lens is not damaged; the surface does not have any fine lines.

  10. Repeat the test. The cleaning temperature is 45°C, and the cleaning time is extended to 6 minutes. Take another lens. Before cleaning, there is still a large amount of centering oil attached to the surface.
