  1. Before cleaning, take the borosilicate glass and observe it under strong light in a clean room. There are many particles attached to the surface, and it is covered with white mist pollutants.

  2. Put it in the dust cleaning agent PTC04 (50%), heat it to 40°C, and clean it with 40KHz, 50W/2L ultrasonic wave for 5 minutes.

  3. After rinsing with pure water, it was found that the surface particles were only partially removed. Still most contamination or small scratches can be checked out.

  4. Then wash and test with PTC13, before cleaning. Observation with bright light. There are many particles attached to the surface, and it is covered with white mist pollutants.

    Rotate the angle, you can see the white fog phenomenon more clearly.

  5. Microdust cleaner PTC13 (70%), heated to 40°C, cleaned with 40KHz, 50W/2L ultrasonic wave for 5 minutes, found that most of the particles had been removed. But there are still some contaminations or small scratches that can be checked out.

  6. Take the dust-free cleaning agent PTC07 (100%) directly with a dust-free cloth. After wiping at room temperature, the effect is not significantly improved. Most of the particles are still removed, but there are still some pollutants or small scratches marks can be checked out.

  7. Repeat the test. Take another piece of glass, but change it to take the medicine directly with a dust-free cloth, and wipe it at room temperature. Before washing.

  8. Take the dust-free cleaning agent PTC04 (50%) directly with a dust-free cloth. After wiping at room temperature, it is found that most of the particles are still removed, but some pollutants or small scratches can still be detected.

    Since the particle and white fog are slight, it is not easy to take pictures with the camera; after increasing the exposure, it can be clearly seen that there is still a clear white fog on the glass.
