  5. Soak SynGC07, after wiping.

    05.jpg

  6. Repeat the test. Take another piece of CG sample.

    06.jpg

  7. Place in SynGC07 and soak for 15 minutes at room temperature.

    07.jpg

  8. Take it out, wipe it gently with a lint-free cloth, and find that it can still be easily wiped off.

  9. Suggestions and discussions:

9.1 SynGC07 confirms that it can effectively peel off Sony Chemical SVR 2300 liquid glue for CG samples. Preliminary judgment does not hurt the IR sensor window coating.
9.2 SynGC07 is an oil-based formula, it should be cleaned after removing the glue. It is recommended to use our company's micro dust cleaning agent PTC09 (neutral, pH7.0) or PTC11 (neutral, pH7.0) for cleaning.

SynGC07 applied to iPhone CG sample, peeling off Hitachi FINESET TE-7000 PSA1 optical sheet glue test report

  1. Before soaking, since the optical adhesive has been attached for more than 3 months, it cannot be peeled off directly by hand.

    13.jpg

  3. Take it out and find that the soaked part has been completely swollen and separated.

    14.jpg

    15.jpg

  4. Test another water-based formulation: SGC03. Soak in SGC03 for degum removal test. After soaking at room temperature for 2 hours, it was found that although it could not be completely peeled off like SynGC07, it could be peeled off with a gentle push by hand.

  5. Suggestions and discussions:

5.1 SynGC07 confirms that Hitachi PSA1 optical sheet glue can be effectively peeled off. Preliminary judgment does not hurt the IR sensor window coating.
5.2 SynGC07 is an oil-based formula, it should be cleaned after removing the glue. It is recommended to use our company's micro dust cleaning agent PTC09 (neutral, pH7.0) or PTC11 (neutral, pH7.0) for cleaning.
5.3 SGC03 is a water-based agent. Although the degumming effect is poor, it can be soaked at 40degC to improve the degumming effect. It can also be included in the evaluation at the same time.

SynGC07 applied to InM CG samples (Caiming Ink?) to remove optical sheet glue (Chi Mei) test report

  1. This CG has been pasted with ITO/PET soft sensor, which needs to be stripped in advance.

    25.jpg

    26.jpg

  2. Place in SynGC04 and soak for 10 minutes at room temperature.

    27.jpg

  3. Take it out and find that the soaked part is completely swollen, and push it away with a dust-free cloth. Ink was found to hurt. Reference (picture on the right below)

    29.jpg

  4. Another potion tested: SynGC07. Soak in SynGC07 for gel removal test. After soaking at room temperature for 10 minutes, it can also be peeled off by gently pushing with your hands.

    30.jpg

    31.jpg

  5. Suggestions and discussions:

5.1 SynGC07 confirms that the CG samples provided by InM can effectively remove OCA glue. Preliminary judgment does not hurt the IR sensor window coating and CG black frame ink.
5.2 SynGC07 is an oil-based formula, it should be cleaned after removing the glue. It is recommended to use our company's micro dust cleaning agent PTC09 (neutral, pH7.0) or PTC11 (neutral, pH7.0) for cleaning.
5.3 Although SynGC04 has good glue removal effect, it will damage the black frame ink of this CG.

SynGC07 and SGC02 applied to Chengtian glass samples, test report of stripping OCA optical liquid glue

  1. Before soaking.

    39.jpg

  2. Place in SynGC07 and soak for 30 minutes at room temperature.

    40.jpg

  3. Take it out and find that the soaked part has swollen, which can be roughly scraped off with a Teflon blade. But there is still glue residue sticking to the glass.
It is recommended to scrape off and soak repeatedly until it is completely cleaned. It can also be used with SGC02 for final cleaning after most of the residual glue is scraped off.

    41.jpg

  4. Wash with SGC02 (heated to 60degC). Before washing.

    42.jpg

  5. Soak SGC02 (heated to 60degC), 1 hour.

    43.jpg

  6. After an hour, take it out. It is found that the OCA glue has completely turned yellow, and it will not stick to the glass by lightly pushing it with hands.

    44.jpg

    45.jpg

  7. Take it out, gently push it away with a dust-free cloth, and it can be completely peeled off.

    46.jpg

  8. Take it out, gently push it away with a dust-free cloth, and it can be completely peeled off.

    47.jpg

  9. Suggestions and discussions:

9.1 SynGC07 and SGC02 can peel off optical liquid glue on Chengtian glass samples. However, a more laborious stripping process is required.
9.2 SynGC07 is an oil-based formula, it should be cleaned after removing the glue. It can be cleaned with SGC02, and the residual glue can be cleaned at the same time.
9.3 In addition to removing the OCA glue on the CG, SynGC07 can also remove the residual glue of the Sensor. It has no harm to ITO and molybdenum aluminum molybdenum wire.
9.4 SGC02 is an alkaline, water-based formula. The OCA glue on the CG can be removed, but it will damage the ITO when used on the Sensor, causing the resistance value to change.
9.5 If you do not mind washing CG into plain glass, it is recommended to use SGC01 or SGC03. It can be faster and more efficient, as long as the agent is soaked and flushed, the OCA glue can be completely peeled off.
