before soaking.
-
Place in SynGC11, heat to 70degC, soak for 60 minutes.
-
Take it out and find that the soaked part has swollen, which can be easily removed by gently wiping with a dust-free cloth.
-
Although the H-customer display module can also remove the OCA adhesive, the adhesive tape attached to the LCM is also peeled off, and it can be seen from the picture that it is separated by the soaking part.
-
Make SynGC11 into a Gel shape, numbered as SynGC11G; it is used to control the range of glue removal, so that the glue remover only touches the residual glue that we want to remove, and does not touch the adhesive tape bonded by LCM.
-
Bake in a 70degC oven for 4 hours.
-
After taking it out, it is found that the area coated with SynGC11G has not changed, and the SynGC11G degumming gel will not overflow due to baking and heating. Gently wipe with a lint-free cloth to clean the gel contact areas. Where the glue does not touch the gel, the residual glue is still tenacious. SynGC11G degumming gel can effectively control the degumming area and achieve the effect of "partial degumming".

Suggestions and discussions:
8.1 SynGC11 synthesized adhesive remover confirms that it can effectively remove OCA optical liquid adhesive for T-customer Sensor samples and H-customer display modules.
8.2 SynGC11G degumming gel can effectively control the degumming area and achieve the effect of "partial degumming".
8.3 Both SynGC11 and SynGC11G are soluble in water. After removing the glue, they can be cleaned with pure water or wiped clean with alcohol.
