Before cleaning (this glass plate has ITO graphics, it is not suitable to use alkaline glue remover; in order to avoid damage to ITO, only use neutral glue remover)

Replace the black background and zoom in; thick, cured liquid glue is attached to the glass plate.

Take a small piece of glass and soak it for 10 minutes at 70~80℃ with Xiwei TM synthetic glue remover SynGC14.

Take out the glass sheet and find that the OCA liquid glue has turned white, and gently peel it off with a plastic sheet, and find that only part of the OCA glue can be peeled off.

Wipe vigorously with a lint-free cloth to remove most of them.

After wiping and cleaning, wash it with water, and find that there is still residual glue, and the residual position falls on the boundary of the original residual glue.

Repeat the verification test. Take another piece of glass, increase the temperature and prolong the time, and soak it with Xiwei TM synthetic glue remover SynGC14 at 100~110°C for 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours.

It was found that the temperature was increased and the time was prolonged, and the residual glue could not be completely removed.

Re-develop the new glue remover Xiwei TM synthetic glue remover SynGC15, because there are ITO patterns on the glass, so the synthetic glue remover SynGC15 is still a neutral dosage form. Take another piece of glass and soak it for 1 hour at 100~110°C with Xiwei TM synthetic glue remover SynGC14.

After soaking for 60 minutes at 100~110°C with Xiwei TM synthetic glue remover SynGC15, it was found that the OCA glue on the Sensor had turned white and rotted.

Wipe with a dust-free cloth to completely remove the rotten OCA glue.
